Located on Upper St John Street is the former office building of The Lichfield Brewery Co which was taken over in 1930. Production at the Lichfield Brewery ceased in the same year and most of the brewery buildings were demolished in 1969.
The building features Dutch gable ends, a central pedimented gable and is of red brick with sandstone dressings. The sash windows have arched brick headers with keystones.
A roll of honour gives the names of thirteen former employees who lost their lives in World War I.
